Meet Jordan Wagman

Jordan Wagman
‘I found my health through food’ https://jordanwagman.com

Jordan is a James Beard-nominated Chef, bestselling author, philanthropist and Psoriasis warrior, and mental health survivor.

Jordan’s unique culinary journey began over campfires in Northern Ontario and progressed to the kitchens of some of the top chefs in the culinary world.

At the age of 12, Jordan was diagnosed with Psoriasis, an often-debilitating autoimmune disease. He was hospitalized numerous times and took medication that would have lasting negative side effects.

Jordan realized at a young age that sunshine was a huge piece to his health puzzle- fast forward to 2014, Jordan found the second piece;  a healthy diet. Following one meeting with a naturopath, Jordan removed gluten, dairy and refined sugar from his diet and began consuming cannabis and, almost immediately, his life changed and began living a much healthier existence.

Today, Jordan has a renewed focus on food, health and wellness;  Jordan offers a unique chef’s table experience redefining cannabis infused food, consults on the creation of CPG products, continues to write books and advocates for the normalcy of the cannabis plant the for those struggling with autoimmune diseases and mental health.

Ryan Runkle is a graduate of Texas A&M University, Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ’97.  He received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Texas.  He knew from the first days of law school that above all other areas of legal practice he wanted to help people seek justice.  Ryan actually had his first trial while still a law student, utilizing the 3rd-Year Bar card program and under the tutelage of Bill Allison.  Ryan also handled his first appellate argument while in law school.

Since graduation, Ryan has tried cases from El Paso to Orange representing the victims of companies or individuals who had such a wanton disregard for human health, safety, and life that they maimed, injured, and killed those victims in their pursuit of tainted profits.  He is very proud to have been able to help thousands of clients over the years.  Ryan has been honored by the National Trial Lawyers Association as a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” and a “Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer”.

Ryan has argued cases he believes in from Justice Courts to Supreme Courts.  He is very proud to have been involved in correcting the interpretation of the Oklahoma Statute of Repose with a win at the Oklahoma Supreme Court.  Ryan is licensed to practice in all state courts for the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, and Missouri.  Ryan is licensed in the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.  Additionally, Ryan is an attorney accredited to practice before the Veterans Administration.

Ryan has previously served his community as a Municipal Court Judge and Magistrate for 6 years.  He has been honored to have been an invited lecturer on the subjects of Toxic Torts at the University of Houston School of Law and on Negotiation at the University of Texas School of Law.  He is an active boy scout leader, and an Eagle Scout himself.  He is also a Verger at St. David’s Episcopal Church.  He is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyer Association, the Capital Area Trial Lawyer Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyer Association.  However, the most difficult thing he has done this year was serve as a judge at his son’s Math Pentathlon competition.
